Patrick, Principal of McShane Capital, offers deal sourcing, capital placement, and advisory services, focusing on build-to-suit office space as a preferred developer for the USDA and engaging in various successful real estate partnerships. He has also invested in and supports Athens-based startups.

Previously, he led strategic projects at State Street Bank, co-founded Southern Fiber Company, and has been instrumental in advising startups on capital raises, including a company that achieved $50M in sales in 18 months. 

A University of Georgia alumnus with a B.A. in Real Estate and an M.B.A in Finance, Mr. McShane was a Lorberbaum fellow and a letterman on the 2010 SEC Champion men’s golf team. He lives near Athens with his wife and three children.
